1. Introduction & Corporate Entity

These Terms and Conditions govern all contracts, proposals, quotations, and services provided by D.W. Utility Services Limited (trading as DW Group Ireland, including DW Utility Services, DW Traffic Management, DW Civil Engineering & Groundworks, and DW Plant Hire & Property Maintenance), CRO No. 306730, headquartered at Unit 1 Cloughmacsimon Business Park, Bandon, Co. Cork.

By engaging any division of DW Group or accessing dwgroup.ie, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Contracting Services

DW Group operates through specialized divisions delivering:

• DW Utility Services Ltd (dw.ie): Water network installation, leak detection, pipeline rehabilitation, and civil utility repairs.
• DW Traffic Management (dwtm.ie): Chapter 8 temporary traffic management schemes, IPV operations, lane closures, permitting, and 24/7 emergency response.
• DW Civil Engineering & Groundworks: Deep drainage, attenuation tanks, ducting networks, and road reinstatement.
• DW Plant Hire & Property Maintenance: Excavator fleet hire, suction excavators, grounds care, and industrial facilities upkeep.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Payment Terms

Unless expressly stated in writing otherwise, all formal quotations remain valid for thirty (30) days from issuance. Rates are based upon site surveys, specification drawings, ground investigation data, and statutory permitting approvals. Variations resulting from unforeseen ground conditions or statutory amendments will be notified in writing.
